Picturesque Southwold is the newest location for the brand and Wilkin & Sons chose to take advantage of GS Contracts’ 25 years’ experience in retail and hospitality design and installation to complete the fit out of their premises on the bustling High Street.

Design Solutions That Don't Compromise Quality
Tiptree’s Head of Tea Room Development is delighted with the finished result, “We are extremely happy that the fit-out was executed as per our design with special consideration given by GS Contracts to the things we may not have necessarily thought about. They helped us to come up with design solutions to meet our budget without compromising quality. They also liaised very well with our kitchen designer to make sure everything was accurate and worked practically when it came to the fit out and final install.”
