In 2018 we previously fitted out Ottolenghi’s ROVI restaurant located in Wells Street, London- So when given the opportunity to fit out Ottolenghi’s latest venture in Marylebone, we couldn’t wait to get started.

This all-day deli is situated on Marylebone Lane, serving up fresh daily changing dishes, delicious pastries, and baked goods available for take-away or walk-in dining.
Similar to other branches, Ottolenghi Marylebone also stocks their signature items also available to purchase on their website.
Located along Marylebone Lane, the deli is comprised of unique pippy oak fittings, sleek Corian surfaces and a large central Amazonian table.
GS Contracts managed the whole fit-out from site management to managing sub-contractors as well as manufacturing all bespoke joinery items.
Unlike the previous fit-out for ROVI, Ottolenghi Marylebone is a smaller, yet light, and airy space and notably the most central deli location to date.
Our team worked hard to make full use of the capacity, ensuring to make it flow smoothly throughout. We were able to provide the staff with the workspace that they need whilst giving customers enough room to move around.
This project demonstrates our expertise in delivering high-end bespoke interiors for our clients.
By combining functionality and appearance we were able to create a unique and modern space, open and inviting to customers.
