One Crown Place

Having worked on fitting out numerous Marketing Suites in the past, when we were given the opportunity to fit-out this residential and commercial marketing suite for the new One Crown Place development, we couldn’t wait to get started.

Located on a retail unit on the corner Sun Street, this contemporary marketing space provides a meeting point for prospective buyers prior to viewing the show apartments.

Working with the design team at Orbit Design, our brief was to ‘Utilise the OCP apartment interior brand identity, use joinery & furniture from the original marketing suite and allow some flexibility within the space to hold events.

The Works

This 7-week project soon came to life after carrying out new; flooring works, decorations, and partitions. We fitted out a new staff kitchen and WC area, along with a show kitchen and a Smart Wall.

We had to create something visually spectacular to set the tone for the rest of the complex, so by incorporating the large AV video wall into the project, we were able to create a unique focal point for our client.

We also manufactured and installed all joinery work on this project including the staff kitchen units and bespoke reception desk with a beautiful marble top.

Challenges

This project required thorough preparation and planning due to how small and compact the area was. Co-ordinating works within a small environment proved a challenge for deliveries and scheduling- but our team got the job over the line on time and to our client’s budget.
