We recently completed a flagship store for Itsu on the first floor of the Westfield Centre in Shepherd’s Bush. Itsu is a well-known shop and restaurant chain that sells soups, sushi, noodles & rice bowls, all freshly made on site. We have done many fit-outs for Itsu over the past few years. Itsu Stansted Airport

Early in 2015, we began work as the main contractor on a new branch of Itsu at Stansted Airport – part of the airport terminal’s £80million redevelopment project. The outlet is located in a kidney-shaped area in the departure lounge, just before the gates. The outlet is on the open concourse with only the terminal’s main roof as cover, so there are no walls or ceilings in the seating area. This dramatically affected the design.
