We recently completed the interior for Nuvola – a new Italian fast-food restaurant on Regent’s Place Plaza at Euston Tower, London. Nuvola’s concept is based on light-hearted Italian food, using local suppliers providing fresh local produce. Nuvola also offers its own brand of specially-blended Italian coffee. We recently completed the fit-out of another new branch of Coco di Mama – a London eatery offering fresh, authentic Italian cuisine. This is their sixth branch, located on Margaret Street, just behind Oxford Circus. GS Contracts has been the main contractor for all Coco di Mama’s branches. Project News: Lakers Bar, Southend Airport

We recently completed a fit-out of the new Lakers Bar and Restaurant at Southend Airport – one of Europe’s fastest-growing airports. This 180-seat restaurant is located opposite the departure lounge, and serves hot and cold food and drinks all day. Project News: Itsu, Stansted Airport

Itsu Stansted Airport

Early in 2015, we began work as the main contractor on a new branch of Itsu at Stansted Airport – part of the airport terminal’s £80million redevelopment project. The outlet is located in a kidney-shaped area in the departure lounge, just before the gates. The outlet is on the open concourse with only the terminal’s main roof as cover, so there are no walls or ceilings in the seating area. This dramatically affected the design.
