Project News: Tombo pop-up café, Liberty’s

We recently completed a manufacturing and installation project for our client Tombo: they wanted our help creating a pop-up café bar for a concession area within Liberty’s – the famous department store in Regent Street, London. The project included manufacturing several bespoke mobile counters.

Tombo counter

Tombo started out as an authentic Japanese restaurant in South Kensington, which we fitted back in 2010. Their speciality is Matcha desserts and drinks, and they also sell their own range of Japanese teas. (Tombo is opening a new branch in Soho in June 2016, which we are also fitting.)

Tombo’s temporary pop-up café in Liberty’s will be open for six weeks, and will be serving their signature award-winning Matcha teas, alongside some unique summer blends such as iced Matcha apple & ginger – with a selection of their speciality cakes, desserts and chocolates (to eat in or take with you!)
