Project Update: Brass Mongoose Tapas Café Bar
Our MD, Gary, had time between meetings in London to call in to Brass Mongoose – the Spanish tapas café bar in New Bridge Street that we fitted out before Christmas – to see how business is going and to take a couple of photos.
Gary came back full of excitement and enthusiasm about his visit! Here’s what he said:
“I knew it was going to be good because of the passion our client had for wanting to offer good food. Wow! It was brilliant! I had a tortilla wrap filled with this wonderful flavoured quality chicken and just the right amount of greens. Vijay the owner selected a great glass of red wine to accompany it, and I then had a great-tasting traditional Spanish coffee: Café Carajillo con Nata. I would have never asked for this (being a typical latté man!) but this small glass cup with coffee in the bottom topped with a whisked cream was sensational!
Chef Freddie and his team all love to excel and see delight on customer faces as they enjoy the food. We love working with people with great passion for what they do and want to achieve. We just want them to succeed; we like to get into their excitement, to give our all and to be part of a winning team.”
