Project News: Zaza (Westfield Centre)
We recently created a counter for Zaza – an Italian company located in the Westfield Shopping Centre. Zaza sells over 60 flavours of authentic Italian ice-cream, along with their signature dish, the brioche gelato: ice-cream served in a croissant!

We adapted or added various features to the counter, in order to enhance their operating processes. For example, originally their ice-cream cones were on a shelf behind the staff, which they were finding inconvenient; you can see in the photo below that we created transparent guttering in the counter for the cones to be stacked sideways and on display – which is not only more convenient for the staff but also looks appealling to customers!

We are now working on another counter for Zaza – this time at their Canary Wharf branch (opposite Waitrose, in the main mall).
