We won the charity Run4Fun at Castle Park!
Seven of us ran yesterday evening in the charity Run4Fun through Castle Park in Colchester. Our recently-qualified carpenter Lloyd Heard won the Run4Fun event for the 3rd year running, in an astounding 12 mins 46 secs!
