Our drawing office, containing the latest CAD technology, converts rough concept sketches into professional drawings for the manufacturing staff.
All our manufacturing and joinery is done in-house at our workshops in Colchester, by our workforce of carpenters and fabricators, who are skilled in working with a wide range of materials, including solid surfaces, woods, metals, glass acrylics and plastics.
Timber sections are computer-cut in our workshops, then hand-finished to a consistently high-quality - with laminate, lacquer, varnish or paint.
Our other manufacturing facilities in our workshops include veneering, panel-processing, UV curing and CNC facilities, along with a range of finishing technologies.
We own a fleet of vehicles to transport our staff and equipment off-site to installation and shop-fitting projects.
